Yesterday-Friday, August 13, 2010 our community dedicated a bridge (William Floyd Parkway over pass for Sunrise Highway) in memory of the life and sacrifice of Corporal Paulo Marko Pacificador. He was only 24 years old and on his second deployment to Iraq when he was killed.

CPL Paulo Mardo Pacificador-“who more than self his country loved” who instead of finishing college (and then enlisting)enlisted so he could serve and help those who were fighting to protect and defend our country after 9/11. Such a honorable, noble, young man from a loving family.

We will never forget your life, your service, your sacrifice.
